Extended Aftercare/Tenancy Management
An extended version of our normal one-week aftercare service (included
in the full Home Search Service) is available, where advice and assistance
is required to help ensure a continued happy move.
During the relocation process Century 21 often builds a unique personal
relationship with many of our clients. We are ideally placed to offer
extra help and assistance where there are particular personal or family
issues of concern that can be easily overcome by giving advice, information
or contact details for other services. Our client executives are available
to provide telephone help or arrange meetings/home calls to solve
any problems.
Language Tuition
Century 21 helps its clients and relocatee families to choose the
best way to learn and improve their use of Chinese. We offer invaluable
personal assistance and advice in choosing the most appropriate
schools and suitable tuition for all ages and abilities.
Domestic Help
Century 21 can arrange for a comprehensive variety of domestic help
to suit your requirements including nannies, daily house cleaning,
catering/cooking, gardening, chauffeur services etc.
