Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

Dear Cici, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to express my deepest and sincere gratitude to you for all the help and kindness you have shown me during my stay in Hangzhou. You have gone above and beyond your duties to ensure my experience at no. 1729 Wisdom Towers, Building 1锛宨n Binjiang has been a very pleasant one. Not only have you worked tirelessly and swiftly in liaising between the landlady, Mrs. Zhu, and myself, but you have been there to listen to me when I was going through a personal crisis. I cannot thank you enough for the immense kindness and professionalism you have demonstrated. Thank you so very much for all your help, it is truly appreciated; you really are an amazing person and you had turned a difficult period of my life into a far more positive and manageable experience. I wish you the very best for your future and if I need to find a place in Hangzhou again, I certainly know you are the best person to help me with this. Thank you once again, Cici. Warmest regsrds, Robert James Tudge.

Cici is amazing! She showed us a range of apartment styles, then focussed in on the type that we preferred. She found us multiple units in the same complex so that we had a better negiotiation position. She has also been super supportive since we have moved in. We would (and have!) reccomended her to others. We are hoping to have her added to the official CIS realtors to be reccomended to staff moving to Hangzhou.

Cici is a super nice lady, also extremely professional with her job. We will definitely recommend Cici and her company to our friends in future.

Patience and efficiency fits Cici very much. She helped us to find our ideal home in Hangzhou. Thanks a lot :)

Cici is a gem. I would highly recommend using her when you are looking for a house. She has been our housing agent for six years. She is always willing to help with anything no matter the time or day, and she also helped with many other things not house related. Her professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service exceeded our expectations. She knows the areas and her client's needs very well. Thank you for your great service over the past years!

Cici is amazing. She has always been professional with us and helps us with whatever we need. She is very patient with us and explains cultural differences so we can understand housing differences. Highly recommend Cici for all your housing needs!

Cici has been an incredible agent and has gone above and beyond to help me with first finding a suitable apartment as well as getting set up in the apartment. As an expat here in China, her help has been invaluable.

Cici is an amazing agent. She is so helpful and quickly responds to requests for maintenance or questions. I would highly recommend working with her.

Cici did an excellent job finding several apartments to my liking and was tremendous when I had questions or needed help. She cares about her work and puts her clients first. I'm very appreciative of all that she did.

Cici was our agent for our long stay in Hangzhou . She was always helpful and friendly. Her English is great and talking to her was very easy. And she went out of her way for us several times helping with our dog.
