Hi! I was 4 years in Hangzhou. During this time company contract for housing service was changed. I was clad, that i could maintain same contact point (Robert) during my stay in Hangzhou. In fact, I did met my lanlord only once, when made lease contract and Robert has managed all my problems after that. Big thanks also to Tina, who in practice organized all solutions to problems, that we had faced. Typically I heard from my wife, that Tina visited our apartment to help us. There was even cases, that we could have managed by ourselves but ask help from Robert, because our limited chinese language skills.

Nice and friendly attitude. The process of finding a place and getting settled in was quite pleasant. Would definitely recommend to other foreigners who aren't familiar with Hangzhou.

Kevin has been a fantastic agent: always available and helpful for any problems. Good communication and english skills. Very nice to have him as agent.

I had a very positive experience with Kevin. He has been a great agent for me, friendly, intelligent and well spoken, most of all he listened and responded to all my wishes. He has proven to be reliable and accurate and has helped throughout my Hangzhou journey. I would strongly recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a property in Hangzhou.

Iris has been very helpful in our relocation. She assisted us in many of the details involved in the moving, more than just simply finding an apartment. She made the process much easier and is always ready to help.

I want to comment that we have been provided with exceptional service by Iris Zhang in finding our apartment and then helping us settle in. Iris has gone above and beyond in her service levels.
