Issac did a fantastic job helping us find an apartment. From sifting through hundreds of property listings to negotiating a solid contract, Issac was incredibly reliable and worked tirelessly. Although we were very picky, he patiently met with us and showed us numerous apartments that met our requirements. Once we decided on a place, Issac helped us negotiate a contract and work through the details, making it possible to move in on the same day. Issac helped us set up a lot of afterservice features that have been really convenient.

I've been in China for a couple of years already and do have experience with agencies in Shanghai where I expected that agencies in Shanghai knows what expats wants given that thousands of expats are located in in Shanghai.
