From the beginning, she was professional, patient, honest and genuinely focused on helping me find a place that suited my needs rather than simply trying to close a deal. She took the time to understand my budget, work location and payment requirements, arranged several viewings, explained everything clearly, and went back and forth with landlords to negotiate on my behalf. Even when some of the apartments I really liked didn't work out because of timing or lease terms, she continued helping without ever making me feel pressured. Relocating to a new city can be stressful, especially as a foreigner navigating different rental requirements, but Sherry made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. Sherry is a great Housing Plus representative. She was always available whenever I needed help. She helped me move from Beijing to Hangzhou without viewing the apartment in person and sent detsiled videos of the place so I could make my decision. I lived in the apartment for one year and even signed the lease for a second year but had to move because my job moved further. She helped me with the Internet and any issues I had, which were few, during the time I lived in the apartment. My landlord was also great and Sherry helped me to communicate with the landlord when needed. I always recommended Sherry to the new foreign teachers at my school. She is wonderful and so kind and has a very positive attitude. If I move in the future, I will ask Sherry to help me again.
