Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

The whole rental experience was extremely smooth, from pre-arrival communication to check-in after I arrived. Tina was very thoughtful, sent me videos of the residential community and carefully explained how to pay all utilities and other fees in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Tina was amazingly helpful from beginning to end of the journey of finding an apartment in Hangzhou. We communicated before I arrived in China and she took on board what I was looking for and managed my expectations. She arranged to view many flats after I arrived, within my timescale, and was always excellent at communicating. I had some small issues with payments etc. which she helped me resolve and on moving day she helped me register and set up all the necessary things like WiFi, electric etc. She has been brilliant, highly recommend.

Tina took the time to understand our needs and preferences and carefully selected properties that matched what we were looking for. She was always available to answer questions, provide advice, and guide us through the process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her knowledge of the local rental market, attention to detail, and friendly approach made a real difference. We truly appreciated her patience, honesty, and dedication throughout our apartment search. We would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a reliable and professional rental agent. Thank you, Tina, for helping us find our wonderful new home!

I found myself in a challenging position, moving to a new city with zero knowledge of the neighborhoods or rental market. Tina stepped in immediately, asking what sort of living situation I was hoping for and based simply on that, came back with a list of options that all worked. I went from being anxious, and unaware of how to proceed, to suddenly having too many options. I recommend Hangzhou Rent and Tina for anyone looking for a place in HZ!
