I am also thankful for the way she provided her service by sending pictures of the apartments that she was suggesting so I could tell her which one(s) I wanted to see, and then she proceeded to schedule the visit times with the landlords. I believe that what made this process come to a good port, was the fact that she took the time to understand what I was looking for.

Explaining all details of the rental proceedure as well as providing the relevant documents and protocols in a way that was complately reassuring.
