I have my ayi and she is working for me till last October... The ayi that Melody gave me last Sunday for clean the windows she was very kindly and she worked very fast. I don't know if she is good also like a cleaner for house ... but for sure she seems a nice and smiling person.

From our arrival in Hangzhou , Issac has been outstanding! He drove us around , was on hand to call to translate and when it came to selecting an apartment he was professional, patient and very friendly to all of our family. I would sum up Issac , as a kind, polite , reliable, professional and a extremely hard working individual that made our move and stay a lot easier than it could have been. As a good measure if kids like a person immediately it does show their character and my kids liked Issac straight away!

Issac's service has been awesome I've been here 2 months and so far so great. This is something different for me a new environment for me ,because aim relocating from Florida States so this is a new world for me especially not knowing the language so I know that if I need help I can count on Issac for anything . I had some minor problems with my Apartment and when we call Issac about the problems He is on the phone with maintenance people and has them come and fix the problem fast .He also is on top of thing he will ask us if everything is working conditions and if not he will get someone to fix the problem he never forgets us or our problems ,I know he has a lot's of clients and he is always busy but he always has time for his clients . I have known Issac since I moved to Hangzhou in October 2012. He was extremely helpful and professional during my search for an apartment. Within a few days we were able to find a great apartment that matched my needs. His fluency in English and knowledge of western cultures made it really easy to communicate with him so he could find a suitable apartment for us. After signing a contract he has been readily available for follow up services when ever needed. He also regularly checks if everything is ok at the apartment. I think he is a great property agent and a good friend.
