I had a really good experience with Kyle. He helped me find my apartment in Hangzhou and was very helpful from the beginning. He really listened to what I wanted and tried to find apartments that matched my specific needs. And honestly, my requirements were not so easy for a city like Hangzhou. I wanted a low floor, but at the same time a nice view and no road noise. At some point I thought maybe it was just impossible to find all of this in one apartment. But in the end, we found a place that had everything I wanted and actually exceeded my expectations. I am really happy with my apartment. Kyle was always responsive, patient and responsible.
