I had a really good experience with Kyle. He helped me find my apartment in Hangzhou and was very helpful from the beginning. He really listened to what I wanted and tried to find apartments that matched my specific needs. And honestly, my requirements were not so easy for a city like Hangzhou. I wanted a low floor, but at the same time a nice view and no road noise. At some point I thought maybe it was just impossible to find all of this in one apartment. But in the end, we found a place that had everything I wanted and actually exceeded my expectations. I am really happy with my apartment. Kyle was always responsive, patient and responsible. He helped me through the whole renting process and also helped me register my address with the police. He is also just a very nice and easy person to communicate with.
