Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

We have been working with Cici for years and we couldn't be happier with the service she provides. She is incredibly responsive, solution-oriented, and always goes the extra mile to solve any challenge that comes our way. No matter the situation, she finds a way forward and is excellent at identifying alternative solutions when needed. Beyond her outstanding professionalism, she is an exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful person who genuinely cares about making things work smoothly for us. She makes our lives so much easier when in China, and we truly appreciate having her as a trusted partner.

The whole rental experience was extremely smooth, from pre-arrival communication to check-in after I arrived. Tina was very thoughtful, sent me videos of the residential community and carefully explained how to pay all utilities and other fees in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Kyle is very kind, attentive and professional. We visited many different apartments together and he quickly understood what I was looking for. He took care of all the negotiation with the landlord which made moving in smooth and easy. I can only recommend him!

Agnes listens carefully to my ideas and helps fulfill my requirements. Many thanks for her assistance. She recommended an apartment that my wife and I both like. I really appreciate it!

She is a very kind and helpful agent that will always try her best to help us. Very thankful for her help!

I had a great experience with Sherry. She showed me the apartment very thoroughly and was very helpful throughout the whole process. She also accompanied me to complete the police registration, which can be quite difficult for foreigners. Very professional, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was my first time in Hangzhou. I'm really grateful for Tina's great support. With her help, I successfully found a suitable apartment. The whole process from viewing to move‑in went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

服务周到热情，做事仔细认真，合作的比较愉快，期待下次合作

Everything was at the highest level. Kyle was always in touch, a very professional specialist. He knows English perfectly, which is a huge plus for foreign visitors. I recommend him for a promotion and an increase in salary. We will be happy to contact you again

Very hard working, thorough, and efficient. Went to great lengths to negotiate rent and get appliances fixed when they broke. Good English skills, easy to communicate with. Always responded to messages quickly.

In a word, CiCi is amazing. I found her through a friend's referral. She was immediately responsive and helpful. She shared multiple properties that met my company's requirements as well as my personal requirements. This is my second year in China, and I moved from Shanghai to Hangzhou. CiCi is incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. She even sacrificed her time during the weekend to help me get settled into my new apartment. I give CiCi 5 stars, and strongly recommend her. 😃

We contacted Tina online at the beginning. From our‑very first meeting, I could tell how professional she was, which earned my full trust. She put in tremendous effort and thorough research to find me a suitable apartment. Throughout the whole process, Tina was patient, reliable and highly‑professional. Her after‑sales service is also excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rental property.
