Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

Cici has been amazing in helping me with any issues whilst first arriving and getting settled into my new apartment in Hangzhou. She was also quick to find me a list of apartments as well as to renegotiate the price on my behalf, successfully.

Cici was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and very kind. She took the time to show me many apartments and walked me through the whole process of renting when I found an apartment I loved. She was patient with my questions and helpful to me even after the lease was signed. I recommend working with Cici ! She's the best.

She is working hard and kind. I was glad that she was the agent for our family. If I have to find a house for my family again, I hope she can be our agent again. Thank you , Cici.

She is a great agent! And very much recommended!

A very good realtor, quickly found an apartment in a good area according to my wishes, was always in touch - there were no problems, helped with registration, speaks English, very friendly and sweet girl.

Agnes was amazing! Got me an apartment in record time. Although I pushed it to the last minute, we were able to sign a contract the night before I started work. Agnes showed me where to register, what documents to fill out and even took the time to show the area. Agnes always checks up on me to see if everything is fine, and has helped solve some issues in the room, and contacted the building management to take care.of everything asap. very happy with the support and grateful for all her hard work.

She responded very quickly and made sure to show me apartment options with all my requirements. Everything went smoothly, thanks to her I found my new home very quickly!

I had the pleasure of working with an outstanding professional recently. Tina from Plus Housing is truly amazing. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a remarkable ability to understand my specific requirements. Her patience was unwavering throughout the entire process. It was clear that Tina has in - depth knowledge of the local market and a wide range of available properties. She was able to narrow down the options quickly and present me with choices that were truly relevant. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction made the entire home - hunting experience much less stressful. I am confident that Tina has the skills and expertise to assist anyone in their search for the perfect home. Whether you are a first - time buyer or looking to upgrade, she will be able to guide you through the process with ease. I highly recommend Tina's services from Plus Housing to all those in need of a reliable and capable real estate agent.

Since arriving in China, Cici was very helpful throughout the process. She accompanied me from the hotel to view accommodation. She helped me throughout including setting up the contract, as well as assisting with how to manage electricity and water top ups. Additionally she was a great help with registering my residency with the local police station. I would highly recommend her for any one seeking assistant, to both new and veterans. Thank you so much.

Sherry is very helpful, assisted in anything that we required. She is on time in every meeting, polite and good English communication. We appreciated with Plus to help us seek the room for our girl, and especially the landlord is very kind and help-full. Thank you very much for everything. Tikky
