Not only did she help me find an apartment that I was happy with, but she managed to negotiate something on my behalf with the landlord, helped me to register with the compound management, and made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the apartment. I liked that there are 2 contracts: The leasing contract, which is clear in English and Chinese, and the contract between me and the real estate agency, which describes the services that the agency will provide during the period of the lease. I am also thankful for the way she provided her service by sending pictures of the apartments that she was suggesting so I could tell her which one(s) I wanted to see, and then she proceeded to schedule the visit times with the landlords. I believe that what made this process come to a good port, was the fact that she took the time to understand what I was looking for.

Cici is very professional. Any questions she would respond straight away. When there was a problem with the hot water, she communicated with landlord and plumber and problem was resolved very quickly. Cici has excellent English and it was vey easy for me to communicate with her. I highly recommend Cici as an agent.

She is well organized and makes your exprience easy and smooth. she helped me to organize my contracts, arranging a logistic for moving into my new house.
