York was a great help. He helped us find a ice place.. and also helped to mediate between us and the landlord to make sure all needs are communicated well. He demeanor is very pleasant and he seem to get a sense of the customers needs very quickly

Cici was amazing. She showed me several apartments and gave me excellent advice on each one. This is my first time looking for apartments in Hangzhou and I really appreciate her expertise. Also, Cici was patient and never made me feel any pressure to settle with an apartment I wasn't sure about.
