Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

Cici is professional, personable, and extremely helpful. From searching through properties to assisting in a swift signing process with comprehensive guidance for a tenant new to the country, the experience was very positive. I would recommend her to anyone moving to Hangzhou, especially English-speaking foriegn nationals.

I really appreciated Tina's patience and support. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

Cici helped me find a nice apartment for a good price when I first arrived in China. She speaks great English and was very helpful and professional throughout the contract.

Cici is an outstanding real estate agent. She responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and only showed me apartments that actually fit my needs. Her market knowledge helped me understand the pros and cons of each property, and she made the paperwork process simple and stress-free. Professional yet personable, Cici turned what could have been a stressful apartment search into a smooth experience. I've already recommended her to friends and would absolutely work with her again！

Agnes was extremely efficient and effective during the house hunting, contract signing and handling of any issues with the landlord. Yes, she speaks English, but more than that she predicts potential problems and provides clear and concise information on each step (which is invaluable to someone moving to China, such as myself, for the first time and unclear on many processes). I have already recommended Agnes to others, and will gladly do so again should anyone else ask for an agent in Hangzhou！

Very helpful agent, helped me on many things regarding the apartment and life in Hangzhou. Very accessible person

Tina was very kind and followed all our requirements, we really appreciate her help!

Cici is absolutely beyond amazing. Nothing is ever a problem. She is always there to help and is always available for me to call on her. She is brilliant at her job and the sweetest most beautiful, kindest person. We would have been lost without her. I feel like I can call her my friend after months of conversations on WeChat from Australia. We love our apartment and feel so lucky.

I can't thank Cici enough for their outstanding service, dedication to clear and open communication. She is always available to help and figure out any issues always on a positive way. Overall very professional, the best agent that I found throughout my life. I highly recommend Cici as a Agent.

Cici has been really helpful with me at the time I was looking for a flat. We all know how tedious this process can be, however she dedicated significant time and interest in showing me flats that adjust to my taste and expectations. On the same way, she was a reliable bridge between me and the landlords, specially since I don't know the language. In summary,I felt very comfortable working with her. Definitely, I would recommend her skills.

She was very helpful in me finding a wonderful apartment that meets all my needs. She was also very help with translating and guiding me through the whole process!

Very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond
