Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

Cici was wonderful, very kind and friendly, too! Cici took the time to really find the apartment we wanted, listening carefully to suggestions and needs. When we decided on an apartment, we were delighted that Cici was there to help us with the contracts and to discuss matters with the landlady. I hope all of our apartment hunts in the future are with Cici!

Professional at every step

Cici was my agent for one year. She was an excellent agent while I lived in the apartment, always listening and responding to my needs very quickly. She solved all the problems while I was in the apartment. I believe she is a competent agent.

I had a fantastic experience working with Cici in finding my current apartment. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find a place that suited my needs and requirements. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, and guided me through every step of the process with patience and clarity. She also played a key role in helping me negotiate with the landlord and finding an arrangement that works for the both of us. I would highly recommend Cici to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated real estate professional.

Agnes is just amazing. She is always hands on, easy to communicate with and answers all the questions promptly and satisfactorily. Very happy to work with her.

Thank you for making my last year in China so smooth and simple. I'd absolutely recommend Cici to foreigners looking for a place to stay.

Cici has been extremely helpful and anytime I needed anything she would help right away. I had issues with my heating during the winter and she got the repairman here as soon as they were available. She makes the whole rental process easy and is great with communication. If I'll ever back in Hangzhou I would go to Cici first.

Cici was very helpful and kind when I was finding an apartment to rent in China. Cici always answered any question I had and was happy to help with any problem I had.

Anyone who's ever been to China will know that the language barrier doesn't always make things easy, especially in a formal setting like renting an apartment. With Tina, you won't have to worry about any of that. With her outstanding intercultural skills, she'll accompany you throughout the entire process. She's very quick to respond and goes to great lengths to resolve any concerns you might have. My experience with her has been nothing but positive and you may rest assured you're in good hands if you choose Tina as your agent.
