Cici has been extremely helpful and anytime I needed anything she would help right away. I had issues with my heating during the winter and she got the repairman here as soon as they were available. She makes the whole rental process easy and is great with communication. If I'll ever back in Hangzhou I would go to Cici first.

Anyone who's ever been to China will know that the language barrier doesn't always make things easy, especially in a formal setting like renting an apartment.
