Find a trusted agent in Hangzhou

I would recommend Tina as a real estate agent in Hanzhou. Great cooperation, fast reply. Just moved in my new place and so far I'm satisfied .

Agnes is very helpful and helped me throughout the process of getting the apartment I was looking for. She is always willing to help and answer any questions.

You have been an excellent agent and are responsive to all of my questions or needs. You respond quickly and you have been able to resolve any issues related to the apartment or utilities. I appreciate your professionalism and your help.

Cici is wonderful. She made me feel so welcome to China and settled in. She helped me find this beautiful apartment and made the process of moving so swift and efficient. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tina was amazing throughout our relocation from the USA to Hangzhou. She gave honest and helpful advice at every step of the process. Because of her guidance, what could have been highly stressful process went as smoothly and quickly as possoble, which was a huge relief. We would highly recommend Tina for any real estate needs. Thank you Tina!

Cici has been very helpful at translating and making it at all possible to try to rent here as a foreigner. She is very quick to respond and a very good problem-solver!

I had a fantastic experience while searching for an apartment with Sherry. From the very beginning, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, guiding me through every step of the process. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and showed me as many options as possible so that I could find a place that felt like home. I really appreciate her dedication and support, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance. Thank you for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

很负责很不错的中介，退房的这天Tina也帮了不少忙，一切都很顺利。

Sherry is a great Housing Plus representative. She was always available whenever I needed help. She helped me move from Beijing to Hangzhou without viewing the apartment in person and sent detsiled videos of the place so I could make my decision. I lived in the apartment for one year and even signed the lease for a second year but had to move because my job moved further. She helped me with the Internet and any issues I had, which were few, during the time I lived in the apartment. My landlord was also great and Sherry helped me to communicate with the landlord when needed. I always recommended Sherry to the new foreign teachers at my school. She is wonderful and so kind and has a very positive attitude. If I move in the future, I will ask Sherry to help me again.

Sherry is the best agent I came accross in 6 years in China. She is smart and speaks fluent English. She understood my requirements quickly, showed me many apartments and was very helpful in fixing the deal. I though she would disappear after the deed is signed, but no, she was assisting me all the time, and I got through the tough Covid times with all the regulations thanks to her help. I cannot talk in Chinese, so I asked her to help for everything related to the house, and she arranged everything from cleaning maids to plumbers. Sherry was the reason I extended my lease twice on the apartment, I only left the apartment when I left China. Even at the time of ending the lease, Sherry was most helpful, and she made a bridge between me and the Landlady. I have been recommending Sherry and your agency to all my friends.

Cici has been so very helpful over the 3-4 years that I have connected with her that's it's crazy. As a foreigner sometimes it's hard to communicate with landlord for fixing things or other admin help. Having someone reliable, cheerful and trustworthy as Cici really put me at ease. She was always quick to respond and always happy to help or suggest even when I reached out with random questions. Can't recommend Cici to others enough. She's the best !

I was in a real fix trying to find a home. But Agnes came through big time. She showed me some places, all within my budget. The whole process was quick and easy.
